Returns & Exchanges
We offer a complimentary 7-day return policy for eligible items that are not damaged, worn, altered, or misused.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We also offer a complimentary 30-day exchange window. Customers may exchange their item for another item of equal or lower value within 30 days of delivery.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
